<image:title>Running Injury - Running Gait Analysis & Return to Running</image:title>
<image:caption>Not every injured runner needs to change the way they run. When appropriate, we use running gait analysis to better understand how you're loading your body and whether changes to your running mechanics could be helpful. As you improve, we'll progressively rebuild your ability to tolerate impact, mileage, hills, speed work, and the other demands of your training. Because being pain-free isn't the finish line. Getting you back to running is.</image:caption>
